FAQ

SHIPPING POLICY
  • If multiple orders are placed on the same day, we will not be able to combine your orders and refund any shipping. 
  • Shipping delays may occur during product launch periods when we are processing an unusually high number of orders.
  • Pre-order items will always have an estimated ship date in the listing. This is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee a ship date on pre-order items. Orders with both pre-order and ready-to-ship items will be shipped together when the pre-order items arrive. They will not ship separately.
  • Please contact us at info@angelbabyhandmade.com if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping service used to file a claim. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Customs fees may or may not be charged by your country’s postal service. Angelbabyhandmade IS NOT responsible for customs charges and cannot provide information regarding each individual country’s customs policies. 
  • If you refuse your package because of customs fees and your item gets returned, you will be refunded for the item, but not for any related shipping fees. 
  • All international packages are shipped with PTT. We do not offer any other shipping method.
  • Many of our international customers prefer to purchase several items at once so that shipping is more economical. If you want to purchase an item and have us hold it until you have other items to add to your package, please contact info@angelbabyhandmade.com immediately after you place your order to request the hold. Holds and order combining are not guaranteed.
COLOR VARIATIONS

Please be aware that the colours you see on your screen may not be EXACTLY true to life. We do our best to showcase images that look as close as possible to the actual colour, but edits, lighting, calibrated vs uncalibrated computer screens, phone screens, etc. can all alter the colour you see

EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns if an item is received damaged. Our Policy is to replace the item in the same material, size and design.

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date your order was delivered. If 3 days have passed since your order’s delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

We refund your money if you don’t receive your package and the package returns to us. We only refund the product fee, not the shipping cost.

If your package is returned to us, you can either choose a refund the product fee without the shipping cost or want us to resend the package with a shipping cost.  

Items Damages in Transit:

For orders damaged during transit, we require you to provide images to info@angelbabyhandmade.com of the damaged packaging and goods within 3 days of receiving your item.
